An entrepreneur since age 9, former lawyer (for 15 minutes) and advertising executive, Paul combined his varied experiences to found Feats, Inc., creators of Powerful Experiences. Ranked one of the world's Top 50 Event Companies, Feats provides award-winning event consulting, design, marketing and management services for corporate and not-for-profit clients including Aegon, Best Buddies, Cornell University, Crayola, Johns Hopkins Institutions, Kaiser Permanente, Magellan, McCormick and The Baltimore Ravens.
Event Solutions Magazine honored Paul with its first Samaritan Service award, and Maryland Chamber of Commerce named Feats, Inc. Small Business Philanthropist of the Year. In 2007 Baltimore Magazine recognized Feats as one of its 'Best Places to Work'.
Paul chairs GBC's Leadership Board, Co-Chairs the National Academy Foundation Advisory Board Leadership Council, and serves on the boards of Teach For America Baltimore, Business Volunteers Unlimited Maryland, The Alex Brown Center for Entrepreneurship, BmoreFit, and NAF Baltimore High School's Board, which named him the 2001 Industry Leader of the Year. In 2007 he was named a national NAF Advisory Board Champion. He founded BaltimoreACTS in 2010 to provide aid to Haiti and turn Baltimore's response into a catalyst for change at home.
