Bill Wernick has a rich background in program and project management, financial management, strategic planning, facilitation, business process analysis, organizational change management, business transformation, requirements writing, and operation management with over 30 years of experience in management and management consulting. Bill is currently Vice President for Strategic Planning at SiloSmashers, a consulting firm that provides business process improvement; information technology architecture and security; and program management services to both the federal and private sectors. Prior to this, Bill was a founding principal of GuestMetrics software, a leading provider of fully integrated customer insight solutions for the hospitality industry. Bill has provided leadership and management of programs for clients in both the commercial and federal business community, including the Office of Travel and Transportation, and Financial Services Integration Office; and the United States Coast Guard. Bill also served as Senior Vice President of Operations for S&H Management where he had full P&L responsibility for a multi-million dollar organization and managed 400 employees across several upscale, high profile restaurant concepts.
