How to Apply

CAC Member Application

Thank you for your interest in The Community Art Collaborative (CAC). CAC is now accepting applications for its 2012-13 program year.

The deadline to apply is June 1, 2012.

To apply, please submit the following required materials:

Part 1: AmeriCorps application

(apply on-line or submit a PDF of the application)

Part 2: Resume and cover letter


Part 3: Digital portfolio

6-10 images of your art work, community art projects, teaching samples, and/or supplementary photographs. Please submit as one JPEG or PDF only.

Part 4: Two References/letters of support

(via the AmeriCorps on-line application or references can directly email/snail mail CAC a letter of support).

Please email all required materials to cac@mica.edu by June 1, 2012.


Finalists will be notified in early July. Note that finalists will be asked to submit additional materials to Slideroom website and be available by phone/video conferencing for the site selection process in July-August .

Service year would begin early September,2012.

Please note that CAC's 2012-2013 program year is contingent on approval of funds from the Corporation for National and Community Service.
