Employee Assistance Program

Maryland Institute College of Art realizes that a wide range of personal problems can affect an employee’s work performance. Examples of such behavioral problems include alcohol and/or drug abuse, marital or family distress, and emotional instability. These problems may result in deterioration of job efficiency.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Intergrated Behavioral Health (IBH), part of your MICA benefits, offers trained professionals and referral services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should you find yourself in need of support for mental health and well-being, personal and professional relationships, substance abuse, family life, and daily stress.

Contact IBH at 800-395-1616, via email IBHCounselor@ibhcorp.com or visit their website www.ibhcorp.com Username:  MICA; Password:  ARTEAP. This service is confidential within the limits of the law and all information shared with EAP counselors is protected under patient confidentiality.
