On 04/03/09 at about 1855 hours Campus Safety received a call on the supervisors cell phone from the Desk Monitor at the Gateway. The Monitor stated that 2 juveniles, black male about 16 years old, were observed by her in the Gateway Plaza by the Bike Rack. Two officers responded to the area and canvassed the area of Mc Mechen to North and Eutaw to Mount Royal with negative results.
