At 12:04, April 1, 2009, a maintenance worker for RK&K, came to the MICA Safety Fox desk and requested our assistance in a matter. They related that at 10:13 PM, March 27, 2009, someone had used the exterior faucet adjacent to their building's rear door and filled several containers with water and apparently mixed a cement type solution. The individual then apparently went to their parking area under the North Ave. overpass, and using the mixture, built two small ramps against a concrete support column to the overpass. Further, the individual left the water running until someone discovered the situation about 8:30 AM, March 28, 2009. The RK&K employee advised that the individual's image was captured on their lobby camera as they were obtaining the water and mixing the solution ( several photographs were supplied). Also, the RK&K employee advised that this individual had been seen, in the past, riding a skateboard toward the Bunting/Fox area. At this time no report had been made to the Baltimore City Police, and RK&K only requested our assistance in possibly identifying the individual. The photographs were displayed to the MICA day shift security officers and several advised the individual looked familiar, but none knew his name or what department he belonged to. A photograph of the individual was downloaded and sent to Campus departments in an attempt to identify the individual.
