MICA representatives travel extensively throughout the United States and in Europe, providing many opportunities for prospective students to learn about our programs of study and be interviewed for admission. National Portfolio Days
Coordinated by the National Portfolio Day Association, Portfolio Days are hosted by nationally recognized and accredited colleges and universities across the United States and abroad. Prospective students can meet with a MICA representative and receive constructive advice about preparing a portfolio for admission and scholarship consideration.

Regional Receptions
Receptions for prospective students and parents are hosted by MICA each year in various cities throughout the United States. This years regional receptions will be held in New York City on January 5th and 6th and in Lancaster Pennsylvania on January 12th and 13th. Prospective students and their parents are invited from surrounding areas to attend a MICA information session, Panel Discussion and Reception. Students may also schedule time for an individual interview and portfolio review with a admission representative.

Performing and Visual Arts College Fairs
Organized by the National Association of College Admission Counselors, these specialized college fairs are held throughout the United States. Prospective students, especially high school sophomores and juniors, can meet a MICA representative and find out more about programs of study and admission procedures.
International Fairs, Receptions, and Portfolio Days
Each year the Office of Undergraduate Admission schedules a number of special events in cities around the world to give international students and U.S. citizens living abroad an opportunity to meet a MICA representative and learn more about the College and admission procedures. Portfolio Days provide prospective students counseling and an evaluation of their admission portfolio.
