MICA President Fred Lazarus IV announces retirement.

President Fred Lazarus IV

After nearly 35 years of service, MICA President Fred Lazarus IV announced he will retire at the close of the 2013–2014 academic year in May 2014. Having held this position since 1978, he is the longest-serving president of a four-year college in Maryland today.
